October 12 will be here before we know it. It’s even more important for volunteers to get together to coordinate activities and hear the decisions the organizers are working hard to make. The next monthly “All Hands” volunteer meeting is Tuesday, September 10, from 6:30 – 8:00 pm – at Clarity Child Guidance Center. Committee Chairs and Organizers will be on hand discussing and working on the primary event of the year and other interesting developments. If you are unable to attend, please check in with your committee and give them notes!

Finding It, and Parking:
We are very grateful to the Clarity Child Guidance Center for sponsoring these meetings. Please check in on social media and give them some love 🙂 They are located directly off of Hamilton Wolfe, or one street away from Wurzbach in the Medical Center area. Look for the architectural element of a 30-foot girl holding a pinwheel; park anywhere in the lot but the reserved slots. Look for wayfinding signs on the campus pointing us to the appropriate building.
