Tickets Now On Sale for Salon: Good Food for All: How Do We Do It?
The TEDxSanAntonio community has always cared about local food, fresh food, and making nutritious food available to all. The first speakers on the TEDxSanAntonio 2010 stage were Holly Hirshberg and Pamela Price talking about fighting hunger one vegetable at a time. Ideas are a great start, but action is required to make positive change. In the spirit of Ideas In Action (our 2014 theme), several key volunteers in the TEDxSA community teamed to produce a Salon event to explore the topic of creating a sustainable, fair food policy for San Antonio.
