TED means Technology, Entertainment, Design with one mission in mind – Spreading Ideas.

Since TED’s inception as a conference in 1984, its scope has become broader. With conferences across the country and around the world TED continues to grow in influence and importance, with one mission in mind – Spreading Ideas. Through impelling speakers challenged to give the most inspirational talk of their lives, TED offers a forum where big ideas can meet communities of curious souls.

The TEDx program gives communities, organizations and individuals the opportunity to stimulate dialog through TED-like experiences at the local level. TEDxSanAntonio is planned and coordinated independently.

SPEAK Have an idea worth spreading? TEDx speakers can reach a worldwide audience. Applications will open up in a few weeks; you can be reviewing the requirements and guidance from our selection and curation committee in the meantime. 2016 speaker application coming soon.

Sponsor 2015

SPONSOR Your organization would add to the unique atmosphere of TEDxSanAntonio. Sponsorship will provide you and your business with a rewarding opportunity to be involved. Take a look at the many ways you can participate.

Attend 2014

ATTEND The TEDxSanAntonio main event Invitation Request is not a typical conference registration form. We’re looking for people who are likely, in our judgment, to be strong contributors to the TEDx community and/or the ideas discussed. Also see what other events we have going on year round.

Do Good 2015

VOLUNTEER Last year’s TEDxSanAntonio couldn’t have happened if it weren’t for the great volunteers we had. We’re looking for dedicated individuals like you to help make TEDxSanAntonio even better.
